1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box, or otherwise accessing or using TradeOptix(the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Risk Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What the Platform is

The Platform is a web dashboard and automation layer for your own MetaTrader 5 account and broker. Market and chart data may be provided from a shared data feed, while your account balances, positions, orders and trade execution run against your own MT5 account. You can connect it in two ways:

• Connector (free) — our connector application runs next to MT5 on your own Windows computer.
• Cloud MT5 (paid subscription) — we run a private MT5 terminal for your account on our servers (see section 5).

The Platform is a tool only; it is not a broker, custodian, exchange or financial adviser, and it does not hold, manage or have discretion over your funds.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and not be barred from trading under the laws of your jurisdiction or by your broker.

4. Accounts & security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any connector token issued to you.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• With the connector, MT5 login details you enter are relayed to your own connector and are not stored by the Platform.
• With Cloud MT5, your MT5 password is stored encrypted and used only to log in your own Cloud MT5 terminal (see the Privacy Policy).
• Notify the Operator promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Cloud MT5

• When you subscribe (or are granted access) and enter your MT5 login, you authorise the Operator to run an MT5 terminal on its servers, to log in to your broker account with the details you provide, and to carry out the actions you or your bots request (placing, modifying and closing orders, reading account data).
• You are responsible for making sure your broker allows your account to be used from a hosted or remote terminal, and for the accuracy of the login details you enter. The Operator may obtain your broker’s official MT5 server list in order to connect to it.
• A terminal can take several minutes to prepare, especially the first time a broker is used. Terminals may be restarted for maintenance, updates or recovery, and the Operator may limit the number of terminals it hosts. Availability is not guaranteed (see section 11).
• You can change the MT5 account used by your terminal at any time; the terminal is then rebuilt automatically. You can also switch back to the connector at any time.
• When your access ends (see section 6), your terminal is stopped and deleted. Open positions are not closed and are no longer managed by your bots. Your saved MT5 login is kept so you can resubscribe, until you ask us to delete it.

6. Subscriptions & billing

• Price. Cloud MT5 costs US$6.35 per month, unless a different price is shown at checkout. Prices exclude any taxes your payment provider or local law may add.
• Payment. Payments are processed by PayPal (PayPal balance or card). We never receive or store your full card details.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically every month, charged in advance, until cancelled. There is no free trial.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Connection or in your PayPal account. Cancelling stops future payments; your Cloud MT5 keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, your terminal keeps running for 3 days to give you time to fix the payment. If it is not resolved, access ends after that grace period.
• Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for partially used months, except where required by applicable law or where the Operator decides otherwise at its discretion.
• Price changes. The Operator may change the price with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next billing period; you may cancel before then.
• Complimentary access. The Operator may grant Cloud MT5 access free of charge at its discretion, and may withdraw such access with notice.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to access other users’ data or terminals, reverse-engineering, overloading the service, sharing your account, using another person’s MT5 account without permission, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or market abuse.

8. Your trading decisions

All trading decisions, strategy configurations and risk settings are made by you. You accept full responsibility for the outcomes of any manual or automated activity on your account. See the Risk Disclaimer for details.

9. Community features

• Leaderboard. Bots with enough closed trades appear on the leaderboard with their name, symbol, timeframe and performance ratios (such as win rate and profit factor) and a shortened version of the owner’s name. Money amounts are not shown.
• Sharing. When you share a strategy with another user, they receive a copy they can use and change. Only share strategies you have the right to share.

10. Third-party services

The Platform relies on third parties including MetaQuotes (MetaTrader 5), your broker, PayPal, Google (sign-in), Cloudflare (network security), email and messaging providers, data providers and hosting providers. The Operator is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability or execution quality of those third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

11. Availability & “as is”

The Platform, including Cloud MT5, is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform or any terminal will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data and execution will be timely or accurate.

12. Limitation of liability & indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or any indirect or consequential damages arising out of the Platform, and its total liability for any other claim is limited to the amount you paid to the Operator in the three months before the claim arose. You agree to indemnify the Operator against claims arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

The Operator may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for breach of these Terms or non-payment. If the Operator ends your access to a paid service without cause, it will refund the unused part of the current billing period. You may stop using the Platform at any time and can ask for your account to be deleted by contacting [email protected].

14. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. For material changes you will be asked to accept the updated Terms when you next sign in. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
