1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box, or otherwise accessing or using TradeOptix(the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Risk Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What the Platform is

The Platform is a web dashboard and automation layer that connects to your own MetaTrader 5 account and broker. Market/chart data may be provided from a shared data feed, while your account balances, positions, orders and trade execution run against your own MT5 terminal. The Platform is a tool only; it is not a broker, custodian, exchange or financial adviser, and it does not hold, manage or have discretion over your funds.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age and have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and you must not be barred from trading under the laws of your jurisdiction or by your broker.

4. Accounts & security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any connector token issued to you.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• The Platform relays MT5 login requests to your own connector and does not store your MT5 password.
• Notify the Operator promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to access other users’ data, reverse-engineering, overloading the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose or market abuse.

6. Your trading decisions

All trading decisions, strategy configurations and risk settings are made by you. You accept full responsibility for the outcomes of any manual or automated activity on your account. See the Risk Disclaimer for details.

7. Third-party services

The Platform relies on third parties including MetaTrader 5, your broker, data providers and hosting/networking providers. The Operator is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability or execution quality of those third parties.

8. Availability & “as is”

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data and execution will be timely or accurate.

9. Limitation of liability & indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator’s liability for any claim arising out of the Platform is excluded, including for trading losses and lost profits. You agree to indemnify the Operator against claims arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

The Operator may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
