TradeOptix (the “Platform”) is a software dashboard and automation tool. It connects to your own MetaTrader 5 (MT5) terminal and broker account to display data and to place orders that you or your automated strategies (“bots”) configure. The Platform is not a broker, is not a financial adviser, and does not hold your funds.
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, derivatives and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Leverage can work against you as well as for you. You can lose some or all of your invested capital, and in some cases more than your initial deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Any indicators, signals, backtests, statistics or example strategies are provided for informational purposes only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
Automated strategies execute orders on your account without human intervention and can open or close positions, and incur losses, rapidly. You are solely responsible for the design, parameters (including lot size, stop-loss, take-profit and risk limits), testing and monitoring of any bot you run. Software, market data, connectivity and broker execution may be subject to errors, delays, outages, slippage, requotes or unexpected behaviour. The Platform does not guarantee that any order, modification or stop will be executed, executed at a particular price, or executed at all.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, from automated strategies, or from interruptions, errors or inaccuracies in data or execution. You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
